Tony Stewart Time Delay
I kept meaning to blog about this cake but never found the time. I made it for my FIL. His birthday was May 25Th but we celebrated with him the Sunday after. It's all diabetic, even the icing. I'd never worked with it before. It was a little thick and hard to spread. It's the first time I remember there being a cake on his birthday since I've known him.

OMG, Brandee. How *super* sweet of you to make him a cake ~ especially with all of the diabetic-friendly icing and ingredients! That is *so* kind of you, seriously. And I *love* the cake. Too cool about the Tony Stewart stuff! And the orange icing! You ROCK!!!
It was an AWESOME cake. I know Dad really appreciated it! And it tasted great. You are sooooo gifted. I can't wait to see what you do with the boys' cakes!
